The latest short film by Amaury Grisel will have its world premiere at our festival!
“Tu e(s) la fille” means “you are the girl”, but if you cross out the “s” then it reads “kill the girl”.
Thereby the double bind is pushed to the extreme, and the body turns against the soul to commit an internal murder. The self alone knows it is suicide. Society has it slaughter an inside that is way more than half the outside. But the one mourning is the ghost.
