Pan Play Decadence tells the the story of the poignant lives of people united by their passion for “transgression”, reunited in a club for the recurring event “Decadence”:
Felico, a hockey player that loves bondage, Ariel, an anorexic girl who works in a nightclub, Kraian, a school teacher fond of S/M, Psycho Cyborgs, a performer known worldwide for extreme performance of body modifcation, Rubberstar, a lonely mistress who welcomes in his studio submissive “slaves”, Greta and Sissi, a latex fetish happy couple, Daniele, cross-dresser that works as suburban hotel porter, who decides to confess his homosexuality and Federicona, a romantic fifty year old transsexual, who still works in the streets, still in love with the man with whom she was engaged twenty years ago.
These are just some of the stories in this incredible experimental documentary by Giovanni Aloi that intersect in this living fresco: “Pan Play Decadence” is a film in the making, a document of a contemporary world, ranging from little-known instances of collective and individual needs, the search for touching paths of intimate salvation.
